Last week PJ05-W2-DTT (Solution 97.1) successfully validated the use of augmented reality in a simulated airport control tower at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna laboratories in Forlì.

ENAV, Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and Deep Blue ran human-in-the-loop experiments with 10 experienced Air Traffic Controllers to test the use of augmented reality along with air gesture interaction and safety net visualization.
